ladies, the nba draft is an annual event in north america where each one of the 30-teams in the national basketball association have a chance to select new players to join the league. most of the players come from colleges but recently some international and high school players have been drafted too. and every year there is a lot of hype surrounding the new players and the teams.
well here are some of the results for the teams we actually care about starting with the cali boys. los angeles clippers got the 1st-pick in round one and they chose blake griffin from oklahoma. the golden state warriors got the 7th-pick in round one and chose stephen curry. sactown kings picked up 3-new players including an israeli named OMRI CASSPI as well as tyreke evans and jeff pendergraph. and the lakers acquired toney douglas from florida state.
from the atlantic division we have the new york knicks who got jordan hill from arizona. jrue holiday from ucla went to phillys 76ers and terrence williams from louisville went to the new jersey nets. and by the way F_CK THE CELTICS !!
everybody is hyping the chicago bulls already for 2010 so i guess its somehow crucial for us to know that they got 2-new guys. taj gibson came from usc and james johnson from wake forest.
and f_ck the rest of the teams but heres a clip of the adorable israeli guys draft to the kings. he is 6'9" and 22-years old and i plan on banging anyone with the good sense to wear his jersey this summer.
