today THE BEASTIE BOYS have cancelled their summer tour dates and have postponed their new album release because adam yauch aka MCA of the legendary hip-hop trio was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his salivary gland last week.
fortunately the cancer is not in a location that will affect yauchs vocal chords and thank goodness the docs caught it early!
our prayers go out to mca and the yauch family and we will wait patiently for the upcoming release of HOT SAUCE COMMITTEE PART-1.
