the rapper TOO $HORT was arrested this morning at 4am in LAS VEGAS for a string of driving offenses after a run in with the police.
the cops pulled him over for speeding. they searched the and carried out a sobriety test and too $hort was arrested for speeding and driving under the influence and possession of less than 1-ounce of marijuana and exhibition of power. and apparently this is too $horts second dui arrest in las vegas in less than three months so he is currently being held behind bars.
