march 1st 1984 - october 18th 2009
my girl dev was a lover of hip-hop especially a tribe called quest and delinquent monastery. she also loved animals and her family and good looking men. she was an open hearted friend and a kind soul. those of us who knew her were truly blessed and now she is our angel in heaven who remains with us always.
