im not quite sure where to begin with this hottest mcs 2009 list that mtv has just produced. BFD MACRO is not a haterish website. we dont like to be mean and talk trash or slander people for no reason but this list just totally sucks and its all mtvs fault.

its incorrect and lame and frankly i am insulted. as a rap music fan for over 15+ years its pitiful and incomprehensible to me that the original united states television channel for music cannot come up with anything more creative than this. its demoralizing and racist and i hate this list.
im not saying that all of the rappers on this list are bad but im not saying all of the rappers on this list are good either. or even rappers for that matter!
some of the emcees on this list for example JAY-Z may not currently be at the top of my own personal favorites list however obviously i understand why mtv would call him "the hottest mc in the game" -- dude sold over 475,000-units of his new album in its first week breaking records previously set by ELVIS PRESLEY.
but drake cmon now !! and im not a RICK ROSS hater like some of yall but i know most of my friends are tripping off that one.
i like GUCCI MANE & FABOLOUS a lot but neither one of them should be in the top-10 for the year. especially fab because his last album bordered on horrible. and kanye man he is a sick producer now with a fine ass model chick for a girlfriend but that doesnt mean he has spit any hot bars this year. feel me?
LIL WAYNE definitely earned a spot on this list and so did RICK ROSS in my opinion. and 50-CENT even though his album hasnt dropped yet but we all know its going to be off the charts hot. i am glad JEEZY made the cut. i am most proud of RAEKWON though who mtv referred to as a veteran. he is a veteran emcee who has officially made a comeback this year reaffirming that THE WU-TANG CLAN is here forever and yall cant f_ck with us.
rappers who should have made this list but didnt: T.I. and WALE and PLIES and CROOKED-I and JIM JONES and SWIZZ BEATZ and LLOYD BANKS and hundreds more!
