philadelphia rapper FREEWAY is back on the scene and about to drop a new album with ?rhymesayers entertainment. the album is entitled THE STIMULUS PACKAGE and is slated for release in february of 2010.
@FILLYFREEZER has been releasing new mixtapes on the unders to give fans a dose of his new material and i have to say it is pretty raw-- the freelapse and the beat made me do it are both precursors to his new joint that comes out in february. the upcoming stimulus package is produced entirely by jack one and will feature guest appearances from RAEKWON and BUN B.
leslie edward pridgen is best known for his affiliation with jay-z and BEANIE SIGEL and is recognized by his high pitched delivery and long muslim beard. his rap alias comes from the infamous drug trafficker FREEWAY RICK ROSS.
his debut album was released on rockafella records in february of 2003 and was primarily produced by JUST BLAZE and kanye west and bink. during his career @FILLYFREEZER has made a bunch of hit singles and dropped his second album in 2007 called FREE AT LAST which he created after going on hiatus for a few years and taking a muslim hajj to the city of mecca. the album was co executive produced by @50CENT and jay-z and featured RICK ROSS as well as production by @THEMEGATRONDON and kanye and sold over 100-thousand units.
