The original drug kingpin, Freeway Ricky D. Ross, who was released last May from federal prison after serving 20-years for operating a $2-million-dollar-a-day multi state drug empire is taking back control over the rap moniker that many believe was stolen from him. Freeway Ricky plans to battle the Miami rapper for the rights to his own name, which the Teflon Don has been gaining millions off of without his consent while Freeway Ricky was behind bars. At this time it is unclear if Freeway plans to file a lawsuit against the bawse and his record labels or if he will strictly protest the use of his name.
