This summer swimear collection by Sarah Schofield is modelled after the painted primary colored grids of the late 19th century Dutch artist Pieter "Piet" Cornelis Mondrian who was born in Amersfoort, Netherlands in 1872 and died in New York in 1944. Mondrian belonged to the De Stijl Movement and was influenced by Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque and the Hague School.
