K2 aka Spice aka Genie aka Zohai is a popular blend of herbs and spices that is completely legal and law enforcement is struggling to figure out how to handle it. It a synthetic cannabinoid that smokes like marijuana, gets users high like marijuana and sells at prices similar to marijuana - It's basically fake weed. It is completely legal and your 10-year old child could buy it at a local head shop - It's like sending your kid into Wal-Mart to buy potpourri but it's sprayed with a synthetic compound chemically similar to THC. It's made in China mostly and just like the real deal it can be smoked in pipes, joints, cigars, bongs, etc. According to the DEA it can lead to a lower body temperature, partial paralysis and the temporary inability to feel pain in mice.
