Yesterday in Seaside Heights Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki's attorney entered not guilty pleas to all three charges related to her July 30th arrest for public intoxication. The prosecutor says Snooks is not only being charged with disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance but also for annoying people on the beach which apparently is a crime in Jersey. No matter how it turns out Snook is NOT expected to serve any more jail time. If she is convicted of all 3 charges she faces $2,000.00 in fines which her attorney claims should be kept to a maximum of $500 due to her squeaky clean record.
