PROBATION VIOLATION

X is back behind bars yet again. This time for violating his probation. He failed to check in with his PO and was arrested in Phoenix with Oxycontin. X has several felony conviction and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation but has failed to submit to drug testing, participate in counseling programs or make payments. He has also been directed to treatment for abuse of illegal drugs. He is currently being held without bond in Maricopa County and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday 11/24 for a probation revocation hearing... Just say NO!

36-MONTH PROBATION

Dwayne "Lil Wayne" Carter has been placed on a 36-month probation which clearly states he may not cosume or drink any substance containing alcohol while he is on probation or possess any illegal drugs or controlled substances. He's required to submit to drug and alcohol testing per the probation department and if he violates any of the terms of his probation he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.
