today FORBES MAGAZINE dropped their annual hip-hop cash kings list of the biggest earners in the rap music industry.
over the past 12-months hip-hops top-20 earners banked in $300-million dollars which is down 40% from last years. 2009 has been even crueler to rap than it has been to wall street considering the dow jones industrial average which has dropped about 30%. although record sales and mega record deals are declining hip-hop music is still raking in the dough and staying afloat. even tpain who is by far the worst rapper on the list managed to make $15-million dollars this year.
