ZEVS is an elusive french street artist who was an early and influential GRAFFITI ARTIST and active tagger in PARIS in the 1990s.
zevs is somewhat anonymous but has been labeled as a prominent figure who helped pioneer the french STREET ART scene. zevs artwork was shown at the ny carlsberg glyptotek classical art museum in copenhagen denmark in 2008 and displayed amongst the museums permanent collections mainly of classical greek and roman sculpture. and although his work is very popular in paris a french dialogue about whether his art is vandalism or painting still exists.
