The HollyRod Foundation was founded by actress Holly Robinson Peete and her husband, former NFL Quarterback Rodney Peete to give a voice and hand to those struggling the disease of Autism and Parkinson's Disease. The Peete Family was inspired to form this charity after watching Holly's father Matthew T. Robinson, the original Gordon on Sesame Street and a contributing writer of the Cosby Show struggle with Parkinson's disease. And when the Peete's eldest son RJ was diagnosed with Autism the foundation expanded its mission creating the HollyRod4Kids Initiative.
